International Shipping Policy

Petal & Root currently ships internationally to Canada, Mexico, and Australia only. We do not ship to any other international destinations at this time.

 

By placing an international order, you agree to the terms outlined below.​

 

1. Shipping Availability​

 

International shipping is available exclusively to Canada, Mexico, and Australia. Shipping rates and available service levels are calculated at checkout. If your country does not appear at checkout, we do not ship to that location.​

 

2. Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees​

 

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, GST, customs brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country.​

 

These charges:

 

• Are not included in product prices or shipping fees

• Are determined by the destination country’s customs authority

• Are the sole responsibility of the customer​

 

Petal & Root does not collect, calculate, or remit international import taxes and has no control over these charges.​

 

3. Customs Processing and Delays​

 

International shipments are subject to customs inspection and clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond our control.​

 

Petal & Root is not responsible for:

 

• Customs delays

• Seized or confiscated packages

• Rejected, restricted, or prohibited items

• Additional documentation or compliance requests by customs authorities​

 

All shipments include required customs declarations in accordance with U.S. export regulations.​

 

4. Refused, Unclaimed, or Abandoned Shipments​

 

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or abandoned due to failure to pay customs fees, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to provide required documentation, the order will be considered forfeited.​

 

We do not issue refunds for:

 

• Refused deliveries

• Unpaid customs fees

• Abandoned shipments

• Returned international packages​

 

5. Returns and Exchanges​

 

All international orders are final sale.​

 

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on international shipments for any reason, except in the case of confirmed product defect or fulfillment error.

 

Any approved resolution is issued at our sole discretion.​

 

6. Shipping Risk and Title Transfer​

 

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the package is delivered to the shipping carrier. Petal & Root is not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages after carrier acceptance.​

 

7. Address Accuracy​

 

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details will not be refunded.​

 

8. Regulatory Compliance​

 

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered comply with local import regulations, ingredient restrictions, and cosmetic requirements in Canada, Mexico, or Australia prior to purchase.​
